Shanghai Jian & Mei Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. founded in 2006 is a professional manufacturer of high strength bolts, thread rods, nuts and Non-standard hardware, with import-export authority.
Our products are mainly applied in Tower & Pole line, Oil & Gas line, Structural Steel & Metal Building line, Highway Guardrail line, Tractor parts & Farm Accessories line and so on.
We have over 100 sets advanced production equipments: hot forge line, multiple-cold forge equipment, rolling machines, stamping machines, CNC machines and several heat treatment equipment: 4 High frequency furnace heat treatment line, 2 Mesh belt furnace heat treatment line, 1 Spheroidizing annealing furnace.
We have many advanced tester for fasteners: Tensile test machine, Rockwell/Brinell hardness tester, Multi-function cutting machine, Grinding machine, Metallographic specimen, salt spray tester, Caliper and go and no-go gauge for bolt and nut.
The strict test insures our high quality. It helps us to win the customers. The inspection certificate will be supplied before shipment.
