Expressway guardrail fasteners

Expressway guardrail fasteners increase the appearance and increase the strength of the slab. Both are available. The automatic production line is extruded, the surface is clean and undamaged, and the corrosion resistance is extremely strong. The surface treatment is mature; anti-corrosion and anti-aging, Anti-sun, high and low temperature, the service life in outdoor environment can reach 10-25 years; The product structure is concise, beautiful and practical, easy to transport, install, good anti-theft performance, limited by actual terrain, for mountain, slope, and more. The details of our products

  • The material of highway guardrail is carbon steel, such as Q235, Q345 (s235jr, s355jr). The type of steel is strong enough for setting outdoor many years, and easy for welding while guardrail installing.
  • The surface treatments of highway guard rail have two kinds nowadays. This is key technology for corrosion resistant guard rail. It will effect to the life time of guard rail. One is hot dip galvanized, another one is powder coating (also called plastic spray).
